1. Who We Are
1.1. The GymRoom Nusle branch, located at V Horkách 1412/8, 140 00 Prague 4, as well as the website gymroom.cz, reservation system, user accounts, credits, and vouchers are operated by GymRoom CZ s.r.o., ID 21136947, headquartered at Kurzova 2222/16, Stodůlky, 155 00 Prague 5, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 397263 (hereinafter referred to as "operator" and "GymRoom").
1.2. You enter into a contract with GymRoom for short-term gym rental and for user accounts, credits, and vouchers.

1.4. These conditions regulate, according to § 1751 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code (hereinafter "Civil Code"), the relationships between you (hereinafter "client"), the operator, and GymRoom. The operating rules of the branch are also part of the contract. The contract is concluded in Czech. The English and Ukrainian versions of the terms, rules and forms are translations; in case of any discrepancy, the Czech version prevails. The relationship is governed by Czech law. Consumers do not lose the protection provided by the laws of their home state.
1.5. By confirming a reservation or purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these conditions and the operating rules.
2. Client Age
2.1. Reservations and user accounts can be made only by persons over 18 years old. By confirming a reservation, the client declares that they are over 18. The operator and GymRoom do not verify age and rely on the client's declaration.
2.2. Persons aged 15 to 17 can use the gym independently only with written consent from a legal guardian, sent in advance to info@gymroom.cz using the GymRoom form: Legal Guardian Consent (download PDF). The guardian confirms that the minor is fit for exercise and unsupervised gym use. The guardian is liable for any damage caused by the minor.
2.3. Persons under 15, or those aged 15 to 17 without consent as per section 2.2, may enter the gym only with an accompanying adult who made the reservation. This adult supervises and is responsible for them at all times.
3. User Account
3.1. Reservations can be made with or without an account. Provide truthful information during registration and update it as necessary.
3.2. Protect your account access information and do not share it with third parties.
3.3. GymRoom may delete the account if it is unused for more than 24 months or as per section 8.8.
3.4. The account may not be available continuously, especially due to system maintenance.
4. Credits and Vouchers
4.1. Credits and vouchers are issued by GymRoom. 1 credit equals 1 CZK. Credits can be used to pay for reservations and other services at all GymRoom branches. Branches accept them based on agreements with GymRoom.
4.2. You acquire credits by topping up your account, activating a voucher, as a bonus, or by timely canceling a reservation.
4.3. Credits and vouchers are valid for 12 months from being credited to your account, the voucher from purchase unless otherwise stated. After expiry, they forfeit without compensation.
4.4. Credits cannot be transferred to another account or exchanged for money, except for withdrawal under section 4.6 and account cancellation under section 8.8.
4.5. Vouchers can be redeemed by entering the code into the recipient's account. Personal training vouchers can be redeemed with the trainers listed in the voucher offer.
4.6. Consumers can cancel credit top-ups and voucher purchases without reason within 14 days of payment. Simply send a notice to info@gymroom.cz. You can use the contract withdrawal form (download PDF). GymRoom will refund the unused amount for credits or vouchers within 14 days, using the same payment method. Credits obtained via reservation cancellation or as a bonus cannot be refunded.
5. Reservation and Payment
5.1. Reserve the gym through the booking system on gymroom.cz in 15-minute blocks, for at least 30 minutes (2 blocks).
5.2. Prices are as per the branch price list, visible during booking. Prices are final.
5.3. Payment can be made by card through Comgate a.s. payment gateway or credits. A receipt will be sent to your email.
5.4. The rental contract is established upon payment confirmation. Confirmation will arrive by email, with an access code sent at least one hour before the reservation starts.
5.5. Gym rental is a service for leisure time provided at a specific term. Therefore, you cannot withdraw from the rental contract without reason (§ 1837 letter j) of the Civil Code). The same applies to fixed-term training and lessons.
6. Cancellation and Change of Reservation
6.1. Cancel your reservation in your account at least 24 hours before the start. We will refund the price in credits valid for 12 months.
6.2. If canceled later or if the reservation is not used, the price is not refundable. Late arrival or early departure does not entitle you to a discount.
6.3. If the operator cannot ensure rental (e.g., due to a failure, accident, or third-party intervention), they will cancel or offer another term. The client can choose a full refund, using the same payment method.
6.4. Training with a coach and lessons can be canceled or changed no later than 24 hours in advance, with the price refunded in credits. If canceled later, the price is not refundable.
7. Using the Gym
7.1. Use the gym only during your reservation. Change, shower, and clean up within that time. For each started 15-minute additional block, the operator may charge extra according to the price list.
7.2. Up to 3 people, including the client, may use the gym under the reservation price. For an additional 100 CZK per reservation, 2 more people may join, making up to a total of 5 people. The client can also bring their own trainer or clients, counting them in the total number.
7.3. The access code is for the client and their guests within the reservation. Do not share it with others or sublet the gym.
7.4. Check the space and equipment upon arrival. Report any damage, missing equipment, or mess immediately by calling +420 732 425 971 or emailing info@gymroom.cz, preferably with a photo. If not reported, the space is assumed to be received in good order.
7.5. Smoking, alcohol or other drug use, entering under their influence, bringing animals, handling open flames, and making pornographic content are prohibited in the gym.
7.6. Observe night quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, branch operating rules, and operator instructions.
7.7. Return the space to its original state and return equipment to its place after use.
7.8. The branch is monitored by a camera system with video and sound recording. Details can be found in the privacy policy.
8. Safety and Responsibility
8.1. The gym is self-service, without staff and supervision. The client exercises at their own risk and is responsible for exercise selection, load, and equipment usage.
8.2. The client declares they are medically fit to exercise. They will consult a physician if they have health concerns before exercising. If feeling unwell during exercise, they will stop immediately.
8.3. The client is responsible for the safety, behavior, and damage caused by their guests. They are also responsible for supervising minors brought along.
8.4. The operator and GymRoom are not liable for injuries or other harm clients or their guests cause themselves, especially through incorrect or careless exercise, equipment misuse, or violation of these conditions or operating rules.
8.5. Immediately report any injury or accident to +420 732 425 971. In life-threatening situations, call 112 or 155.
8.6. The gym has no supervised storage. Keep items you bring under your watch, and avoid bringing valuables.
8.7. The client will compensate for any damage to the premises and equipment caused by them or their guests. If this prevents renting the gym, they will compensate for lost rental income.
8.8. In the event of gross violation of these conditions or operating rules, the operator may terminate the rental immediately without refund and refuse further reservations. GymRoom may cancel the client's account in such cases. Unused and still valid credits paid with money will be refunded.
8.9. Provisions of this article do not exclude or limit liability to the extent allowed by law.
9. Defects and Complaints
9.1. If the gym or equipment is not in order, report the defect immediately, ideally on-site with a photograph, to info@gymroom.cz or +420 732 425 971.
9.2. If defects limit use, you are entitled to a reasonable discount. If they make use impossible, you are entitled to a refund, using the same payment method.
9.3. We will confirm complaint receipt by email and handle it within 30 days at the latest. Details are governed by the complaint policy.
9.4. You have no right from defective performance if the defect was caused by the client or their guests.
10. Alternative Dispute Resolution
10.1. We address complaints at info@gymroom.cz.
10.2. For consumer dispute resolution, the Czech Trade Inspection Authority is the competent body, www.adr.coi.cz. The Czech Trade Inspection Authority supervises consumer obligations compliance, www.coi.cz.
11. Final Provisions
11.1. Each reservation and purchase is subject to the conditions effective at the time of their confirmation.
11.2. Changes in terms related to accounts, credits, and vouchers will be notified by GymRoom via email at least 14 days before they take effect. If you disagree with the change, you can cancel your account by that date.
11.3. Email is considered a written form.
11.4. If any provision is invalid, the remaining ones remain in effect.
11.5. These conditions are effective from October 18, 2026.
