1. Who We Are
1.1. The branch GymRoom Vinohrady, Varšavská 512/11, 120 00 Prague 2, is operated by SoloGMR s.r.o., ID No. 29762073, with its registered office at Příčná 1892/4, Nové Město, 110 00 Prague 1, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 451184 (hereinafter “operator”). You enter into a short-term gym rental agreement with the operator.
1.2. The website gymroom.cz, reservation system, user accounts, credits, and vouchers are operated by GymRoom CZ s.r.o., ID No. 21136947, with its registered office at Kurzova 2222/16, Stodůlky, 155 00 Prague 5, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 397263 (hereinafter “GymRoom”). You enter into a contract regarding the user account, credits, and vouchers with GymRoom. GymRoom accepts payments for reservations on behalf and for the account of the operator.

1.4. These terms regulate according to § 1751 Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code (hereinafter “Civil Code”), the relationships between you (hereinafter “client”), the operator, and GymRoom. Part of the contract is the branch's operating regulations. The contract is concluded in Czech. The English and Ukrainian versions of the terms, rules and forms are translations; in case of any discrepancy, the Czech version prevails. The relationship is governed by Czech law. The consumer does not lose protection provided by the law of the state of his residence.
1.5. By confirming the reservation or purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree with these terms and the operating regulations.
2. Client Age
2.1. Only persons over 18 can make reservations and create a user account. By confirming the reservation, the client declares that they are over 18. The operator and GymRoom do not verify age and rely on the client's declaration.
2.2. A person aged 15 to 17 may use the gym independently only with written consent from a legal guardian sent in advance to info@gymroom.cz using the GymRoom form: Legal Guardian Consent (PDF for download). The guardian confirms that the minor is medically fit to exercise and has assessed the use of the gym unsupervised. The guardian is liable for any damage caused by the minor.
2.3. Persons under 15, or those aged 15 to 17 without consent under art. 2.2, may enter the gym only accompanied by an adult who made the reservation. This person supervises them the entire time and is responsible for them.
3. User Account
3.1. Reservations can be made with or without an account. The data provided during registration and reservation must be accurate and updated when changes occur.
3.2. Protect your account access data and do not share them with third parties.
3.3. GymRoom may cancel the account if it has not been used for more than 24 months, or according to art. 8.8.
3.4. Account access may not be available continuously, especially due to system maintenance.
4. Credits and Vouchers
4.1. Credits and vouchers are issued by GymRoom. 1 credit equals 1 CZK. Credits can be used to pay for reservations and other services at all GymRoom branches. Branches accept them based on a contract with GymRoom.
4.2. You obtain credits by topping up your account, activating a voucher, as a bonus, or as a refund for timely reservation cancellation.
4.3. Credits and vouchers are valid for 12 months from being credited to the account or purchased unless otherwise specified in the offer. They expire without replacement once validity lapses.
4.4. Credits cannot be transferred to another account or exchanged for money, except in cases of withdrawal according to art. 4.6 and account cancellation according to art. 8.8.
4.5. The recipient redeems a voucher by entering the code in their account. Vouchers for personal training can be redeemed with trainers listed in the voucher offer.
4.6. Consumers may cancel credits or voucher purchases without reason within 14 days of payment. Simply send a notice to info@gymroom.cz, you may use the withdrawal form (PDF for download). GymRoom will refund within 14 days the amount for credits or vouchers not yet used in the same way you paid. Credits gained from reservation cancellation or bonuses are non-refundable.
5. Reservation and Payment
5.1. You reserve the gym in the reservation system on the gymroom.cz website in 15-minute blocks, for a minimum of 30 minutes (2 blocks).
5.2. The price follows the branch price list visible during reservation. Prices are final.
5.3. Payment can be made by card via the payment gateway Comgate a.s. or with credits. Payments for reservations are accepted by GymRoom on behalf of and for the account of the operator. A receipt will be emailed to you.
5.4. The lease agreement is concluded when the reservation is paid. Confirmation will be sent via email, the access code at the latest one hour before the reservation starts.
5.5. Renting the gym is a leisure service provided for a specific term. Therefore, you cannot withdraw from the lease agreement without a reason (§ 1837 letter j) Civil Code). The same applies to training and lessons with a fixed term.
6. Reservation Cancellation and Changes
6.1. You can cancel the reservation in your account no later than 24 hours before it starts. The price will be refunded in credits valid for 12 months.
6.2. For later cancellation or unused reservation, the price is non-refundable. Late arrival or early departure does not entitle you to a discount.
6.3. If the operator cannot ensure the rental, e.g., due to malfunction, accident, or third-party intervention, it will cancel the reservation or offer another term. The client may choose to get a full refund in the same way they paid.
6.4. Training with a trainer and lessons can be canceled or changed no later than 24 hours in advance; the price will be refunded in credits. For later cancellations, the price is non-refundable.
7. Use of the Gym
7.1. You use the gym only for the duration of the reservation. Changing, showering, and cleaning must be completed by the end of the reservation. The operator may charge an additional fee according to the price list for each started 15-minute block thereafter.
7.2. Up to 3 people including the client can be in the gym simultaneously with the reservation price. An additional 2 people can join for an extra 100 CZK per reservation, up to a total of 5 people. The client may bring their trainer or clients; they count towards the total number of people.
7.3. The access code is for the client and their guests within the reservation. It must not be shared with others or the gym sublet.
7.4. Check the premises and equipment upon arrival. Report any damage, missing equipment, or mess immediately at +420 732 425 971 or info@gymroom.cz, preferably with a photo. If nothing is reported, it is presumed that the premises were taken over in good order.
7.5. Smoking, using alcohol or other addictive substances, entering under their influence, bringing animals, handling open flames, and making pornographic recordings are prohibited in the gym.
7.6. Observe the night quiet from 22:00 to 6:00, branch operating rules, and operator instructions.
7.7. Return the space to its original state and replace equipment back before leaving.
7.8. The branch is monitored by a CCTV system with audio-visual recording. Details are in the privacy policy.
8. Safety and Liability
8.1. The gym is self-service, without personnel and supervision. Clients exercise at their own risk and are responsible for exercise selection, loads, and equipment use.
8.2. Clients declare they are medically fit to exercise. In case of health issues, consult a physician before exercising. Discontinue exercise immediately if you feel unwell.
8.3. Clients are responsible for the safety and behavior of their guests and any damage caused. They are also responsible for supervising minors they bring.
8.4. Neither the operator nor GymRoom is liable for injury or other harm caused to clients or their guests, especially due to incorrect or careless exercising, using equipment contrary to its purpose, or violating these terms or operating rules.
8.5. Report any injury or accident immediately at +420 732 425 971. In life-threatening situations, call 112 or 155.
8.6. The gym has no staffed storage. Keep belongings under your supervision, do not bring valuables.
8.7. Clients will compensate for the damage to premises and equipment caused by them or their guests. If it results in the inability to rent the gym, they will compensate for lost rental income.
8.8. For gross breach of these terms or operating rules, the operator may terminate the rental immediately without refunding the price and refuse further reservations. GymRoom may cancel the client's account in such a case. Unused and still valid credits paid in money will be refunded.
8.9. Provisions of this article do not exclude or limit liability to the extent that the law does not allow.
9. Defects and Complaints
9.1. If the gym or equipment is not in order, report the defect without undue delay, preferably on-site with a photo, to info@gymroom.cz or +420 732 425 971.
9.2. If the defect limits use, you're entitled to a reasonable discount. If it prevents use, you're entitled to a refund in the same way you paid.
9.3. The receipt of a complaint will be confirmed by email and resolved within 30 days. Details are governed by the complaints procedure.
9.4. You have no rights from defective performance if the defect was caused by the client or their guests.
10. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
10.1. Complaints are addressed at info@gymroom.cz.
10.2. The Czech Trade Inspection Authority, www.adr.coi.cz, is authorized for out-of-court consumer dispute resolution. The Czech Trade Inspection Authority, www.coi.cz, oversees compliance with consumer obligations.
11. Final Provisions
11.1. For each reservation and purchase, the terms effective at the time of their confirmation apply.
11.2. Changes to terms regarding accounts, credits, and vouchers will be notified by GymRoom via email at least 14 days before they take effect. If you disagree with the change, you may cancel the account by then.
11.3. "Written form" also includes emails.
11.4. If any provision is invalid, the others remain valid.
11.5. These terms are effective from 18.10.2026.
