1. Operator
The operator of the self-service gym GymRoom Nusle, V Horkách 1412/8, 140 00 Prague 4, is GymRoom CZ s.r.o., ID No. (IČO): 21136947, with registered office at Kurzova 2222/16, Stodůlky, 155 00 Prague 5, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 397263. Contact: info@gymroom.cz, +420 732 425 971.
These Operating Rules are binding on all persons inside the gym. They supplement the General Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry
- The gym is open 24/7; entry is permitted only during the booked time slot.
- Access is granted via an entry code sent by email. The code is non-transferable.
- The gym may be used independently by individuals over the age of 18. Persons aged 15 to 17 may use it only with the written consent of a legal guardian (download form); younger individuals may enter only when accompanied by the adult who made the booking.
- A standard reservation allows a maximum of 3 people in the gym simultaneously, or up to 5 people with an additional fee.
3. Safety
- The gym is unstaffed and unsupervised. You exercise at your own risk.
- Use the equipment only for its intended purpose and according to the instructions. Choose weights and loads according to your capabilities.
- Exercise only when you are in good health. If you feel unwell, stop exercising immediately.
- You are responsible for your guests and any minors you bring with you.
4. Hygiene and Cleanliness
- Use clean sports footwear and clothing; change in the changing room.
- Use a towel while exercising, disinfect used equipment, and return it to its designated place.
- Return the space to its original condition before leaving, and vacate no later than the end of your reservation.
5. Prohibitions
The following is prohibited in the gym: smoking, consuming alcohol or other intoxicating substances, entering under their influence, bringing animals, handling open flames and hazardous substances, damaging equipment, subleasing the gym, and producing recordings with pornographic content. Quiet hours apply from 22:00 to 6:00.
6. Faults, Injuries, and Emergencies
- Report any fault or damage immediately to +420 732 425 971 or info@gymroom.cz.
- Report any injury or emergency incident immediately to +420 732 425 971.
- In life-threatening situations, call 112 or emergency medical services at 155.
7. CCTV System
The premises are monitored by a CCTV system with audio and video recording for the protection of persons and property. Recordings are retained for 14 days. Details can be found in the Privacy Policy.
8. Breach of Operating Rules
In the event of a breach of the Operating Rules, the operator may terminate the rental without a refund, refuse future bookings, and seek compensation for damages. Exceeding the reserved time may be billed according to the price list.
9. Effectiveness
These Operating Rules are effective from October 18, 2026. The operator reserves the right to amend them; the updated version will be published on gymroom.cz.
