1. Operator
The operator of the self-service gym GymRoom Plzeň Skvrňany, Karla Steinera 910/7, 318 00 Plzeň, is GRM PrivateGym s.r.o., Company ID: 29528593, with its registered office at Luďka Pika 470/15, Doudlevce, 301 00 Plzeň, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Plzeň, Section C, Insert 48466. Contact: info@gymroom.cz, +420 732 425 971.
The Operating Rules are binding on all persons in the gym. They supplement the General Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry
- The gym is open non-stop; entry is only permitted during the reserved time.
- Access is granted via an access code sent by email. The code is non-transferable.
- The gym may be used independently by persons aged 18 and older. Persons aged 15 to 17 may only use it with the written consent of a legal representative (download form), and younger persons only when accompanied by the adult who made the reservation.
- The reservation price includes simultaneous entry for a maximum of 3 persons, and with a surcharge, up to a maximum of 5 persons.
3. Safety
- The gym is unstaffed and unsupervised. You exercise at your own risk.
- Use the equipment only for its intended purpose and according to the instructions. Choose weights according to your abilities.
- Exercise only when in good health. If you feel unwell, stop exercising immediately.
- You are responsible for your guests and any minors you bring.
4. Hygiene and Cleanliness
- Wear clean sports shoes and athletic clothing; change in the changing room.
- Use a towel while working out, disinfect used equipment, and return it to its designated place.
- Return the space to its original condition before leaving and depart no later than the end of your reservation.
5. Prohibitions
Smoking, using alcohol or other addictive substances, entering under their influence, bringing animals, handling open flames and hazardous substances, damaging equipment, subletting the gym, and producing pornographic content are prohibited in the gym. Nighttime quiet hours apply from 22:00 to 6:00.
6. Defects, Injuries, and Emergencies
- Report any defect or damage immediately to +420 732 425 971 or info@gymroom.cz.
- Report any injury or extraordinary event immediately to +420 732 425 971.
- In life-threatening emergencies, call 112 or emergency medical services at 155.
7. Camera System
The branch is monitored by a camera system with video and audio recording for the protection of persons and property. Recordings are retained for 14 days. Details can be found in the privacy policy.
8. Violation of the Operating Rules
In the event of a violation of the Operating Rules, the operator may terminate the rental without refunding the price, refuse further reservations, and claim compensation for damages. Exceeding the reserved time may be charged according to the price list.
9. Effective Date
These Operating Rules take effect on October 18, 2026. The operator may amend them; the updated version will be published on gymroom.cz.
