1. Operator
The operator of the self-service gym GymRoom Studio Nusle, V Horkách 1412/8, 140 00 Prague 4, is GymRoom CZ s.r.o., ID No. 21136947, with registered office at Kurzova 2222/16, Stodůlky, 155 00 Prague 5, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 397263. Contact: info@gymroom.cz, +420 732 425 971.
These Operating Rules are binding on all persons inside the gym. They supplement the General Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry
- The gym is open 24/7; entry is permitted only during the reserved time.
- Access is granted via an access code sent by email. The code is non-transferable.
- Persons aged 18 and older may use the gym independently. Persons aged 15 to 17 may only use it with the written consent of a legal guardian (download form), and younger children only when accompanied by an adult who made the reservation.
- The reservation price allows a maximum of 3 persons in the gym at the same time, or up to 5 persons with an additional fee.
3. Safety
- The gym is unstaffed and unsupervised. You exercise at your own risk.
- Use the equipment only for its intended purpose and according to the instructions. Choose weights and loads according to your capabilities.
- Exercise only if you are in good health. If you feel unwell, stop exercising immediately.
- You are responsible for your guests and for any minors you bring along.
4. Hygiene and Cleanliness
- Use clean athletic shoes and clothing; change in the dressing room.
- Use a towel during exercise, disinfect used equipment, and return it to its designated place.
- Return the space to its original condition before leaving and depart no later than the end of your reservation.
5. Prohibitions
It is prohibited inside the gym to smoke, consume alcohol or other addictive substances, enter under their influence, bring animals, handle open fire or hazardous substances, damage equipment, sublet the gym, or record pornographic content. Quiet hours apply from 22:00 to 6:00.
6. Faults, Injuries, and Emergencies

- In case of a life-threatening situation, call 112 or emergency medical services at 155.
7. CCTV System
The premises are monitored by a CCTV system with video and audio recording for the protection of persons and property. Recordings are retained for 14 days. Details can be found in the Privacy Policy.
8. Violation of Operating Rules
In the event of a violation of the Operating Rules, the operator may terminate the rental without refund, reject future reservations, and claim compensation for damages. Exceeding the reserved time may be charged according to the price list.
9. Validity
These Operating Rules are effective from 18 October 2026. The operator may modify them; the updated version will be published on gymroom.cz.
