1. Operator
The operator of the self-service gym GymRoom Vinohrady, Varšavská 512/11, 120 00 Prague 2, is SoloGMR s.r.o., Company ID (IČO): 29762073, with registered office at Příčná 1892/4, Nové Město, 110 00 Prague 1, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 451184. Contact: info@gymroom.cz, +420 732 425 971.
These Rules and Regulations are binding for all persons present in the gym. They supplement the General Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry
- The gym is open 24/7; entry is only permitted during your reserved time slot.
- Access is granted via an access code sent by email. The code is non-transferable.
- Persons over the age of 18 may use the gym independently. Persons aged 15 to 17 may only enter with written consent from a legal guardian (download form); younger individuals must be accompanied by an adult who made the reservation.
- A maximum of 3 persons may be present in the gym at the same time within the standard reservation price, and up to 5 persons with an additional fee.
3. Safety
- The gym is unstaffed and unsupervised. You exercise at your own risk.
- Use equipment only for its intended purpose and according to instructions. Choose weights according to your fitness level.
- Exercise only when in good health. If you feel unwell, stop exercising immediately.
- You are responsible for your guests and any minors you bring with you.
4. Hygiene and Cleanliness
- Use clean sports shoes and clothing; change in the dressing room.
- Use a towel while exercising; disinfect used equipment and return it to its designated place.
- Return the space to its original condition before leaving and exit no later than the end of your reservation.
5. Prohibitions
Smoking, consuming alcohol or other addictive substances, entering under their influence, bringing animals, handling open flames or hazardous substances, damaging equipment, subleasing the gym, and recording pornographic content are strictly prohibited in the gym. Quiet hours apply from 22:00 to 6:00.
6. Faults, Injuries, and Emergencies
- Report any malfunction or damage immediately to +420 732 425 971 or info@gymroom.cz.

- In life-threatening situations, call 112 or emergency medical services at 155.
7. Camera System
The premises are monitored by a security camera system with video and audio recording for the protection of persons and property. Recordings are retained for 14 days. Details can be found in the Privacy Policy.
8. Violation of the Rules and Regulations
In the event of a violation of these Rules and Regulations, the operator may terminate the rental without refund, refuse future reservations, and demand compensation for damages. Exceeding the reserved time may be billed according to the price list.
9. Validity and Effectiveness
These Rules and Regulations are effective as of October 18, 2026. The operator reserves the right to amend them; the updated version will be published on gymroom.cz.
