House Rules of the Self-Service GymRoom Vinohrady Branch
This document is valid from 1 September 2026.
These house rules set out the conditions for using the self-service GymRoom branch, which includes: the cardio zone, the strength training zone, toilets, showers, a changing room, a beverage fridge, ventilation, and heating.

2. Introductory Provisions
By using the gym premises, visitors (hereinafter "visitors") confirm that they have familiarized themselves with these house rules and undertake to comply with them.
3. Opening Hours and Access
The gym is open continuously (24/7).
Access to the gym is permitted only to persons over 15 years of age who have duly registered and paid the applicable reservation fee.
Entry is enabled via an access code sent by e-mail after the reservation. Access credentials are non-transferable.
4. Rules of Conduct on the Gym Premises
Visitors are obliged to use the gym's facilities and equipment in accordance with their intended purpose and operating instructions.
Visitors must maintain cleanliness and order, use a towel while exercising, and return equipment to its original place after exercising.
Visitors must disinfect any equipment used (disinfectant is available in the gym).
The following is prohibited on the gym premises:
Bringing in alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicating substances.
Smoking, using open flames, and handling hazardous substances.
Destroying or damaging the gym's equipment.
Entering the premises under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating substances.
5. Hygiene Rules
Visitors are obliged to wear appropriate sportswear and footwear that does not soil the gym environment.
Visitors must use the changing rooms before entering the strength training and cardio zones.
Visitors must maintain personal hygiene.
6. Liability of Visitors and the Operator
Visitors use the gym's facilities at their own risk. The operator is not liable for damage to health or property caused by non-compliance with these house rules or improper use of the equipment.
The operator is responsible for the regular maintenance, inspection, and safe operation of the gym's equipment.
7. Handling of Rule Violations
In the event of a violation of these house rules, the operator has the right to warn the visitor about the inappropriate conduct.
In serious cases, the operator may deny access or remove the visitor from the gym premises without entitlement to a refund of the fee.
The operator reserves the right to compensation for damage caused by the visitor.
8. Security Measures
The gym is equipped with a camera system to ensure the safety of persons and the protection of property. The camera system is operated in accordance with the applicable legal regulations on personal data protection.
In the event of an injury or other emergency, the gym operator must be informed immediately at the contact number +420 732 425 971.
9. Final Provisions
These house rules are binding on all visitors to the gym.
The operator reserves the right to amend these house rules.
These house rules are valid and effective from 1 September 2026.
