Franchise Costs and Fees
Franchise cost: CZK 970,000 (excl. VAT) for spaces of 35–50 m². For larger spaces, the price is determined individually (based on the need for mirrors, flooring, and equipment). Regular license fee: 9% of turnover.
Return on Investment
Invest in GymRoom, and your investment can return within 17 months! Based on our experience, the monthly turnover is approximately CZK 90,000. After deducting costs, you earn a net profit of CZK 58,100 per month. The franchise fee of 9% of turnover is already included in the total costs.
