Franchise Costs and Fees
Franchise cost: CZK 970,000 (excl. VAT) for spaces of 35–50 m². For larger spaces, the price is determined individually (based on the need for mirrors, flooring, and equipment). Regular license fee: 9% of turnover.

Invest in GymRoom, and your investment can return within 35 months! Based on our experience, the monthly turnover is approximately CZK 60,000. After deducting costs and the license fee, you earn a net profit of CZK 28,100 per month. The listed franchise fee of 9% is already included in the total costs.
