HOW IT WORKS

Booking and training in our self-service gym is simple. Just follow these 4 steps.

CHOOSE A SLOT

Select a free time slot in our booking calendar, divided into 15-minute blocks. To optimize the reservation, it is mandatory to select at least 2 blocks, but feel free to choose more if you need extra workout time. Fill in the required details and simply pay by card after confirming the booking.

ARRIVE

You will receive an email with a unique access code at the latest one hour before your reservation begins. Please enter this code directly on the door lock keypad. Once successfully entered, you will be granted access to the gym.

WORKOUT

The entire space is yours! Enjoy the fully equipped gym on your own, or invite a friend, trainer, or client. We take care of regular maintenance, but please be considerate of others arriving after you.

VACATE THE SPACE

After your reserved time is up, please ensure the space is ready for the next visitors. Don't forget to take all your belongings and leave the gym on time. Thank you for your cooperation!
