1. Who We Are
1.1. The GymRoom Studio Nusle branch, V Horkách 1412/8, 140 00 Prague 4, as well as the gymroom.cz website, the reservation system, user accounts, credits, and vouchers, are operated by GymRoom CZ s.r.o., ID No. (IČO): 21136947, with registered office at Kurzova 2222/16, Stodůlky, 155 00 Prague 5, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 397263 (hereinafter referred to as the "operator" or "GymRoom").
1.2. You enter into an agreement for the short-term rental of the gym and an agreement regarding the user account, credits, and vouchers with GymRoom.

1.4. Pursuant to Section 1751 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code (hereinafter referred to as the "Civil Code"), these terms govern the relationship between you (hereinafter referred to as the "client"), the operator, and GymRoom. The branch operating rules are an integral part of the agreement. The contract is concluded in Czech. The English and Ukrainian versions of the terms, rules and forms are translations; in case of any discrepancy, the Czech version prevails. The relationship is governed by Czech law. This does not deprive the consumer of the protection afforded to them by the law of their country of habitual residence.
1.5. By confirming a reservation or purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions and the operating rules.
2. Age of the Client
2.1. Only persons over the age of 18 may make a reservation and create a user account. By confirming a reservation, the client declares that they are over 18 years of age. Neither the operator nor GymRoom verifies age and relies on the client's declaration.
2.2. A person aged 15 to 17 may use the gym independently only with the written consent of a legal guardian, sent in advance to info@gymroom.cz using the GymRoom form: Consent of Legal Guardian (download PDF). In it, the legal guardian confirms that the minor is medically fit to exercise and that they have personally assessed the minor's unsupervised use of the gym. The legal guardian is responsible for any damage caused by the minor.
2.3. A person under 15 years of age, or a person aged 15 to 17 without consent pursuant to Art. 2.2, may only enter the gym accompanied by the adult who made the reservation. This person shall supervise them at all times and be responsible for them.
3. User Account
3.1. Reservations can be made with or without an account. Please provide truthful information upon registration and reservation, and update it whenever there is a change.
3.2. Protect your account login credentials and do not disclose them to third parties.
3.3. GymRoom may cancel an account if you do not use it for more than 24 months, or pursuant to Art. 8.8.
3.4. The account may not be available uninterruptedly, particularly due to system maintenance.
4. Credits and Vouchers
4.1. Credits and vouchers are issued by GymRoom. 1 credit equals CZK 1. Credits can be used to pay for reservations and other services at all GymRoom branches. Branches accept them based on an agreement with GymRoom.
4.2. You obtain credits by topping up your account, activating a voucher, as a bonus, or as a refund upon timely cancellation of a reservation.
4.3. Credits and vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of crediting to the account (vouchers from the date of purchase), unless stated otherwise in the offer. Upon expiration, they expire without compensation.
4.4. Credits cannot be transferred to another account or exchanged for money, except in cases of withdrawal pursuant to Art. 4.6 and account cancellation pursuant to Art. 8.8.
4.5. The recipient redeems the voucher by entering the code in their account. Vouchers for personal training sessions can be redeemed with the trainers listed in the voucher offer.
4.6. A consumer may cancel a credit top-up or voucher purchase without stating a reason within 14 days of payment. Simply send a notification to info@gymroom.cz; you may use the withdrawal form (download PDF). GymRoom will refund the amount for credits or vouchers that you have not used up to that point within 14 days, using the same payment method you used. Credits obtained by cancelling a reservation or as a bonus cannot be refunded.
5. Reservation and Payment
5.1. You reserve the gym in the reservation system on the gymroom.cz website in 15-minute blocks, for a minimum of 30 minutes (2 blocks).
5.2. The price is governed by the branch's price list, which is visible during reservation. Prices are final.
5.3. Payment can be made by card via the Comgate a.s. payment gateway or using credits. We will send the receipt to you by email.
5.4. The rental agreement is concluded upon payment of the reservation. Confirmation will arrive by email, and the access code at the latest one hour before the start of the reservation.
5.5. Gym rental is a leisure activity service provided on a specific date. Therefore, it is not possible to withdraw from the rental agreement without stating a reason (Section 1837(j) of the Civil Code). The same applies to training sessions and classes with a fixed date.
6. Cancellation and Modification of Reservations
6.1. You may cancel a reservation in your account at least 24 hours before the start. The price will be refunded in credits valid for 12 months.
6.2. In case of later cancellation or failure to use the reservation, the price is not refunded. Late arrival or early departure does not establish a right to a discount.
6.3. If the operator cannot provide the rental, for example due to a breakdown, accident, or intervention of a third party, it will cancel the reservation or offer an alternative date. The client may choose a full refund, using the same payment method used for the original payment.
6.4. Personal training sessions and classes can be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance; the price will be refunded in credits. In case of later cancellation, the price is not refunded.
7. Use of the Gym
7.1. You may only use the gym for the duration of the reservation. Changing, showering, and cleaning up must be completed before it ends. For each additional commenced 15-minute block, the operator may charge an additional fee according to the price list.
7.2. Up to 3 persons, including the client, may be present in the gym at the same time within the reservation price. For an additional fee of CZK 100 per reservation, 2 additional persons may attend, totaling a maximum of 5 persons. The client may also bring their own trainer or clients; they are counted towards the total number of persons.
7.3. The access code is intended solely for the client and their guests within the scope of the reservation. You must not share it with other persons or sublease the gym.
7.4. Inspect the premises and equipment upon arrival. Report damage, missing equipment, or untidiness immediately to +420 732 425 971 or info@gymroom.cz, preferably with a photograph. If you do not report anything, it is assumed that you took over the premises in proper condition.
7.5. Smoking, the consumption of alcohol or other addictive substances, entering under their influence, bringing animals, handling open flames, and recording pornographic content are strictly prohibited in the gym.
7.6. Observe nighttime quiet hours from 22:00 to 6:00, the branch operating rules, and the instructions of the operator.
7.7. Restore the premises to their original condition and return the equipment to its place after use.
7.8. The branch is monitored by a camera system with video and audio recording. Details can be found in the privacy policy.
8. Safety and Liability
8.1. The gym is self-service, without staff and without supervision. The client exercises at their own risk and is solely responsible for the choice of exercises, load, and method of using the equipment.
8.2. The client declares that they are medically fit to exercise. In case of health problems, they shall consult a doctor before exercising. If they do not feel well during exercise, they shall stop exercising immediately.
8.3. The client is responsible for the safety and behavior of their guests and for any damage they cause. They are also responsible for supervising any minors they bring.
8.4. Neither the operator nor GymRoom is liable for injury or other harm caused by the client or their guests to themselves, particularly through incorrect or careless exercise, using equipment contrary to its intended purpose, or violating these terms or the operating rules.
8.5. Report an injury or accident immediately to +420 732 425 971. In life-threatening situations, call 112 or 155.
8.6. The gym does not have a guarded cloakroom or storage area. Keep items brought into the premises under your supervision and do not bring valuables.
8.7. The client shall compensate for damage to the premises and equipment caused by them or their guests. If the gym cannot be rented out as a result, they shall also compensate for lost rental income for this period.
8.8. In case of a gross breach of these terms or the operating rules, the operator may terminate the rental with immediate effect without a refund and refuse further reservations. In such case, GymRoom may cancel the client's account. Unspent and still valid credits paid with money will be refunded to the client.
8.9. The provisions of this article do not exclude or limit liability to the extent not permitted by law.
9. Defects and Complaints
9.1. If the gym or equipment is not in proper working order, report the defect without undue delay, preferably on the spot with a photograph, to info@gymroom.cz or +420 732 425 971.
9.2. If the defect limits use, you are entitled to a reasonable discount. If it prevents use, you are entitled to a refund of the price via the same payment method used.
9.3. We will confirm receipt of the complaint by email and resolve it within 30 days at the latest. Details are governed by the complaints procedure.
9.4. You are not entitled to rights from defective performance if the defect was caused by the client or their guests.
10. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
10.1. We handle complaints at info@gymroom.cz.
10.2. The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), www.adr.coi.cz, is competent for the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes. Supervision of compliance with obligations towards consumers is exercised by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, www.coi.cz.
11. Final Provisions
11.1. For each reservation and purchase, the wording of the terms effective at the time of confirmation shall apply.
11.2. GymRoom will notify changes to the terms regarding accounts, credits, and vouchers by email at least 14 days before their effective date. If you do not agree with the change, you may cancel your account by then.
11.3. Written form also includes email.
11.4. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid.
11.5. These terms are effective from October 18, 2026.
