I am a graduate of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport of Charles University, a world silver medallist in karate and a military physical trainer. Today I focus on movement hygiene, compensation for a sedentary lifestyle, correction of the musculoskeletal system and meaningful individual training. I always emphasize technique, gradual progress and the joy of movement. I enjoy discovering human potential and helping people feel better about themselves. I have three years of experience in the physical conditioning of karate athletes at Karate Klubu Tygr Karlovy Vary, where I myself competed actively for six years. I also have extensive experience with various forms of exercise – from the gym and running to OCR races, mountain biking and off-road triathlons, which I used to practice.
