1. Operator
The operator of the self-service gym GymRoom Průhonice, Hlavní 19/19, 252 43 Průhonice, is PrivateGR s.r.o., ID No. 29765307, with its registered office at Korunní 2569/108, Vinohrady, 101 00 Prague 10, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 451188. Contact: info@gymroom.cz, +420 732 425 971.
These Operating Rules are binding on all persons in the gym. They supplement the General Terms and Conditions.
2. Access
- The gym is open 24/7; entry is possible only during the reserved time.
- Access is granted via an entry code sent by email. The code is non-transferable.
- A person over 18 years of age may use the gym independently. Persons aged 15 to 17 may do so only with the written consent of a legal guardian (download form); younger persons only when accompanied by the adult who made the reservation.
- A maximum of 3 persons may be in the gym at the same time included in the reservation price, and up to 5 persons with an additional fee.
3. Safety
- The gym is unstaffed and unsupervised. You exercise at your own risk.
- Use the equipment only for its intended purpose and according to instructions. Select weight/load according to your capabilities.
- Exercise only when in good health. If you feel unwell, stop exercising immediately.
- You are responsible for your guests and any minors you bring with you.
4. Hygiene and Cleanliness
- Use clean athletic footwear and clothing; change in the locker room.
- Use a towel while exercising, disinfect used equipment, and return it to its place.
- Return the space to its original condition before leaving, and depart no later than the end of your reservation.
5. Prohibitions
Smoking, using alcohol or other addictive substances, entering under their influence, bringing animals, handling open flames and hazardous substances, damaging equipment, subleasing the gym, and recording pornographic content are prohibited in the gym. Quiet hours apply from 22:00 to 6:00.
6. Defects, Injuries, and Emergencies
- Report any defect or damage immediately to +420 732 425 971 or info@gymroom.cz.
- Report any injury or emergency event immediately to +420 732 425 971.
- In life-threatening situations, call 112 or emergency medical service 155.
7. CCTV System
The branch is monitored by a CCTV system with video and audio recording for the protection of persons and property. Recordings are retained for 14 days. Details can be found in the privacy policy.
8. Violation of Operating Rules
In the event of a breach of the Operating Rules, the operator may terminate the rental without refund, refuse future reservations, and claim compensation for damages. Exceeding the reserved time may be billed according to the price list.
9. Effectiveness
These Operating Rules are effective as of October 18, 2026. The operator may amend them; the new version will be published on gymroom.cz.
