Operating Rules of the Self-Service Gym GymRoom Žižkov

This document is valid from April 1, 2025.

These operating rules set the conditions for using the self-service branch of the GymRoom Žižkov gym, which includes: cardio zone, workout zone, toilets, showers, changing room, beverage fridge, air conditioning and heating.

2. Introductory Provisions

By using the gym premises, visitors (hereinafter "visitors") confirm that they have familiarized themselves with these operating rules and undertake to observe them.

3. Opening Hours and Access

The gym is open continuously (24/7).

Access to the gym is allowed only to persons over 15 years of age who have properly registered and paid the relevant reservation fee.

Entry is enabled via an access code sent to email after reservation. Access means are non-transferable.

4. Rules of Conduct in the Gym Premises

Visitors are obliged to use the gym facilities and equipment in accordance with their purpose and operating instructions.

Maintain cleanliness and order, use a towel when exercising and put equipment back in its original place after exercise.

Disinfect used equipment after yourself (disinfectant is available in the gym).

It is prohibited in the gym premises:

To bring alcohol, drugs and other addictive substances.
To smoke, use open fire and handle hazardous substances.
To destroy or damage gym equipment.
To enter the premises under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

5. Hygiene Rules

Visitors are obliged to use suitable sportswear and footwear that do not soil the gym environment.

Use changing rooms to change clothes before entering workout and cardio zones.

Maintain personal hygiene.

6. Liability of Visitors and Operator

Visitors use the gym facilities at their own responsibility. The operator is not liable for damage to health or property caused by failure to comply with these operating rules or improper use of equipment.

The operator is responsible for regular maintenance, inspection and safe operation of gym equipment.

7. Resolution of Rules Violations

In case of violation of these operating rules, the operator has the right to warn the visitor of inappropriate behavior.

In serious cases, the operator may deny access or expel the visitor from the gym premises without entitlement to a refund of the fee.

The operator reserves the right to compensation for damage caused by the visitor.

8. Safety Measures

The gym is equipped with a camera system to ensure the safety of persons and protection of property. The camera system is operated in accordance with relevant legal regulations on personal data protection.

9. Final Provisions

These operating rules are binding for all gym visitors.

The operator reserves the right to change the operating rules.

These operating rules are valid and effective from April 1, 2025.
