The whole gym to yourself. A booking doesn't get you a machine or an hour in a shared space. You get the entire gym. Nobody else is there at that time. No reception, no staff, no strangers waiting for the rack.

Up to five people per booking. Three are included, so whether you come alone, with a training partner or with your own trainer, the price stays the same. If there are more of you, you can add an extension to five people for 100 CZK when booking.

Cool even on the hottest days. The gym has powerful air conditioning, so you can train right through a heatwave. And because nobody else is there, you set the temperature exactly how you want it. Wi-Fi is free.

Kids' corner. You can come and train even on days when childcare is up to you. Your children stay in sight the whole time.

Bring your bike or stroller inside. You don't have to leave anything outside or look for a bike rack. Both go straight into the gym.

For strength training we have prepared:

Two adjustable facing cable pulleys with a range of handles, each loaded up to 80 kg
Kettlebells: 4, 6, 8, 12 and 20 kg
Hex dumbbells in pairs: 1–10 kg (in 1 kg increments) and 12.5–30 kg (in 2.5 kg increments)
