Movement and a healthy lifestyle are my passion and my mission. I am certified personal trainer and I believe that everyone should feel good in their body – not only when looking in the mirror, but also during everyday movement without pain and limitations.

Movement has always been important to me. As a teenager I practiced horse riding recreationally, later I trained for several years in ITF Taekwon-do and subsequently focused on pole dance and aerial acrobatics. Thanks to these sports I realized how crucial functional training is to compensate for a sedentary lifestyle, poor movement habits or unilateral loading of the body. Properly structured movement helps build not only strength and fitness, but also long-term balance and prevention of overload of the musculoskeletal system.

In my practice I focus on movement technique, gradual progression and an individual approach. I help clients achieve their aesthetic and health goals, whether it is weight reduction, body shaping, or eliminating muscular imbalances.
