About GymRoom Smíchov
At our Smíchov branch you can work out completely on your own, with friends, or book a session with a personal trainer.
The price is for the whole gym, not per person — up to 3 people included.

The gym is located in Smíchov at Plzeňská 488/39, just 100 m from the tram stop Bertramka and a few minutes from the Anděl metro station (yellow line B). Accessibility is very convenient for clients from the Smíchov, Malá Strana and Radlice areas, but also for clients from Prague 1 and 2. Several tram and bus lines run directly along Plzeňská street and the Nový Smíchov shopping centre is within walking distance. At our branch you can train completely on your own, with friends, or arrange a training with a personal trainer. Everyone is welcome – including mothers with children.
The gym's equipment is intended for strength training, for developing conditioning, mobility, or for bodyweight exercise.
The whole gym to yourself. A booking doesn't get you a machine or an hour in a shared space – it gets you the entire gym. Nobody else is there at that time. No reception, no staff, no strangers waiting for the rack.
The price is for the whole gym, not per person. Up to 3 people are included in one booking – come alone, with a training partner or with your own trainer, the price stays the same. Each additional person is 100 CZK per booking, and you can add two at most – 5 people in total.
For strength training we offer:
- Squat cage (power rack) with a pair of spotting arms
- Bars: ženská olympijská 15 kg, pánská olympijská 20 kg, trap bar 20 kg, safe squat bar 20 kg a dřevěné tyče
- Plates in pairs: 0,5 / 1,25 / 2,5 / 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 kg
- Hip thrust podložka ATX
- Two adjustable opposing cable pulleys with various handles, each with load up to 90 kg
- Kettlebelly 4–28 kg (odstupňované po 4 kg)
- Hexa dumbbells in pairs: 1–10 kg (po 1 kg) a 12,5–25 kg (po 2,5 kg)
For improving conditioning we have:
- AirBike
- Treadmill
- Rowing machine
The gym also includes:
- Adjustable bench and exercise mats
- Yoga blocks (4×) and yoga bolsters (2×)
- Weighted blankets (2×)
- Plyo softbox 50 × 60 × 70 cm
- Resistance bands and mini bands

The gym includes a locker room, shower and WC. In the locker room you also have toiletries and a hairdryer available.
