Movement is an integral part of my life — it is a space where I find joy, calm and challenges. I see sport not only as a way to health and fitness, but also as a means to continually progress, overcome my own limits and discover new possibilities. I work as a personal trainer in fitness and an aerial acrobatics coach. I specialize in strength and conditioning training, individual sessions focused on building muscle mass, improving physical fitness, body shaping and comprehensive physical preparation. My offer also includes stretching sessions, which are a great complement to any training plan. In addition to training at the fitness centre, I also lead individual aerial acrobatics on the hoop (aerial hoop) lessons. These take place in a separate studio apart from the gym, which provides a fully equipped facility for this beautiful and complex sport.
