The gym is located in Vinohrady at Varšavská 11 in Prague. It is very conveniently accessible for clients from the surrounding areas of Vršovice, Nusle, Vinohrady, and also for clients from Prague 1 and 2. There is a nearby bus and tram stop at Jana Masaryka and the green metro line Náměstí Míru is a few minutes' walk away. Parking zones are available in the area.
The gym is suitable for strength training, improving fitness or mobility. Those who prefer bodyweight training will also find what they need.
The whole gym to yourself. A booking doesn't get you a machine or an hour in a shared space – it gets you the entire gym. Nobody else is there at that time. No reception, no staff, no strangers waiting for the rack.
The price is for the whole gym, not per person. Up to 3 people are included in one booking – come alone, with a training partner or with your own trainer, the price stays the same. Each additional person is 100 CZK per booking, and you can add two at most – 5 people in total.
For strength training we have prepared for you:
- Squat cage with landmine kloubem and one pair of spotting arms
- Various types of bars and plates with a total weight of 157,5 kg
- Two adjustable opposing cable machines with various grip options with a total load of 90 kg on each cable
- Kettlebelly 4–32 kg
- Pairs of hexa jednoruček 1–25 kg
For improving conditioning we have:
- AirBike
- Běžecký pás
- Veslovací trenažér
The gym also includes:
- Adjustable bench
- Plyosoftbox
- Resistance bands and small bands
- TRX suspension system
- Rings, pull-up bar, bosu and balance equipment
- Massage rollers and balls
- Overball
- And other equipment for proper and effective training.
The gym includes a changing room, shower and WC. In the locker room you also have hygiene supplies and a hair dryer.
