The gym is located in Nusle, near the station Praha - Vršovice. Accessibility is very convenient for clients from Žižkov, Vinohrady, Vršovice, but also for clients from Michle or Krč. On V Horkách street there are parking zones, as well as in the surrounding streets. In general, we recommend parking on Bartoškova street, where you pay 20 Kč per hour of parking, and there are almost always free spaces.
The gym equipment is intended for strength training, for developing conditioning, mobility, or for bodyweight training.
For strength training we have prepared for you:
- Squat rack with landmine kloubem, one pair of spotting arms and J-háčky
- Various types of bars and plates with a total weight of 207,5 kg
- Two adjustable opposing cable machines with various grips, each cable with a total load of 90 kg
- Kettlebelly 4 - 32 kg
- pairs of hexa jednoruček 1 - 30 kg
For improving conditioning we have:
- AirBike
- Veslovací trenažér
- Běžecký pás
For diagnostics, physiotherapy and massages:
- Skládací masážní lehátko
The gym also includes:
- Adjustable bench
- Plyosoftboxy
- Resistance bands and loops
- TRX pás
- Rings, pull-up bar, bosu and balance aids
- Massage rollers and balls
- Overball
- and lots of other equipment for proper and effective training.
The gym also includes a changing room with sanitary facilities. Hygiene products and a hairdryer are also available in the changing room.
